"Thanks to ed and Steve in the service department. on the road and had break light problems. ed put me to the front of the lineup and Steve fixed the problem. cant get service like that in most Harley dealers that i have done business with in Canada. talking prices on service and parts compared to up north. 300.00 for a tire and install instead of 500.00 north of the border as an example. great people in the sales and parts section. easy to talk to. thanks again folks. will be back to spend some money. ed tell Steve to shake it off. lol"

"A couple of weeks ago I was touring the Northwest with my wife on our FLHCUSE5. We were on some very bumpy roads in Oregon. My tour pack was loaded and my wife's overstuffed T-Bag was strapped on top of the tour pack.The bumps and the overload caused the whole bottom of the tour pack to break so the tour pack was flopping up and down, secured only at the front. I was afraid that our trip was about to be terminated or severely curtailed and had no idea what to do. I pulled into Yakima about 4 pm on Tuesday, July 16th, to stay at the Best Western and noticed Owen's Harley Davidson just across the street. I took the bike over and asked for help. Brad came out and looked at it, said he'd get me back on the road, then put the bike on his lift. Within a half hour he had it braced and fully serviceable. It's been two weeks now and Brad's improvised fix is holding up fine and I expect it will until I get back home to Florida in October when I'll get a new tour pack. I just want to say thanks so very much to Brad and all the fine folks at Owens. You guys are great"

"Just a note to let everyone know about the service dept.Recently I made an appointment for some work to be done on my bike.However when I took my bike down at what I thought was the right date ,they had no record of me making the appointment. That's when Paul ,the service manager ,stepped up to the plate and told me not to worry"We'll get it done."3 hours later my bike was done.Thanks to Paul and the top notch service dept. They also take the time to answer my questions, which is pretty nice.By the way the sales people and parts people are real helpful too. Thanks again."
